Most of us know someone who’s quit smoking but still has that little voice that pipes up now and again — “I’d love one with a drink” or “just after dinner.”
It’s a frustrating place to be, constantly having to talk yourself out of something you don’t really want, but still feel pulled towards.

My approach is all about helping you move past that stage completely.

Instead of becoming a “stopped smoker” who has to rely on willpower, the aim is for you to feel like a true non-smoker— someone for whom the idea of having a cigarette just doesn’t fit anymore. Many clients tell me afterwards that smoking simply stops being part of their thought process, or even feels a bit strange to imagine.

In our smoking-cessation hypnotherapy sessions, we work with the subconscious mind — the part that holds onto habits and associations. The techniques I use help unravel the psychological hooks that keep the addiction going and guide you towards genuine freedom from cigarettes.

Think about what that could mean for you:

No more planning your day around smoking.
No more rushing outside at work or at social events.
No more checking you’ve got enough cigarettes left.
And no more worrying about the impact on your health.

Just a sense of ease, clarity, and not having to think about it anymore.

If you’d like to get started, get in touch and I’ll send you my “Get Ready to Quit” eBook. It’s a simple guide designed to help you prepare and make the whole process of becoming a non-smoker much smoother than you might expect.
